Welcome to the Grumpy Oranges FAQ! 🍊 Below you’ll find answers to our most commonly asked questions about shipping, returns, and everything in between.


🚚 SHIPPING

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders over $59. For orders below $59, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

How long does shipping take? Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories: 7–12 business days
  • Canada, Australia, UK & Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Please note these are estimates and don’t include weekends or holidays.

How long will it take to process my order? We usually process orders within 1–2 business days. During peak times (like holidays), processing may take a bit longer.

Will I receive a tracking number? Absolutely! 📦 Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking info.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit? Grumpy Oranges is not liable for courier issues, including:

  • Shipping errors
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Damage during transit
  • Problems with PO Boxes
  • Lost/stolen packages after delivery is marked complete

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges? Returns and exchanges are handled case-by-case. Contact us at grumpyoranges@gmail.com with your order info to get started.

What condition must items be in to qualify for a return or exchange? Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging (with tags, if applicable)
  • In resellable condition

What’s your policy on damaged or incorrect items? If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 10 days of delivery. Include photos and a description. We’ll make it right!

Are sale items eligible for return? Unfortunately, discounted or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Can I cancel my order after it’s placed? We cannot accept cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check your order before confirming.

Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes, customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. We’ll provide the correct return address after approval.
